BAV Investments Limited was incorporated in  as a Limited Liability Company, and has since inception been extensively and indeed, successfully involved in the development and construction of both private and public buildings, as well as other civil engineering works including infrastructural facilities and utilities.

The formation of the company was in response to the growing need to have a well-focused and well-articulated indigenous Engineering outfit that can compete favorably with foreign counterparts. This primary focus on professional excellence has continued to guide the company's performance and growth over the years, to the respect and admiration of other growing indigenous Engineering companies.

The company’s provision of excellent services and facilities to its clientele is ensured by its team of highly qualified personnel, made up of well integrated core of professional Civil/Structural Engineers, Architects, Planners, Landscape Architects, Estimators, Mechanical/Electrical Engineers and other supporting technical staff. The personnel for each assigned task possess relevant industry knowledge and expertise and they are carefully briefed on the requirements of each individual project.

Bav Investments now offers some additional services outside its predominant Civil/Building engineering works, with the close support of our local Consultants and overseas Technical partners:

2. Local Purchasing/Supply and Overseas Procurement
3. Provision of technical support services to oil & gas industry
4. Piping/painting/corrosion control 

In every construction and associated works, we have the reputation of putting in place, an Inspection Test Plan (ITP) which ensures that the finished product is constructed in accordance with called-out specifications, while ensuring total compliance with Quality and Safety criteria.

The Quality Assurance Officers ensure:

1. The control of documentation,
2. The issue and use of correct revised procedures,
3. The inspection of received materials prior to installation, among others.

Our experience and techniques have earned us the much-needed respect and we place high priority on our Quality Assurance Management System.

Bav Investments is licensed by the DPR to provide Quality services to oil and gas industries in Nigeria while we are duly registered and recognized by the following government related bodies, corporate establishments and private concerns.
